Pianist Teri Cristelli

Teri Cristelli grew up in the Niagara Region in a house full of musicians. After performing in many music festivals, school based events, and within faith based music ministries as a child, Teri attended the University of Western Ontario. She earned a four year Bachelor of Music degree (Honours), with an emphasis on music education and piano performance, before attending the University of Western Ontario's Faculty of Education to earn a Bachelor of Education (Music).   Her passion for piano performance led her to independently pursue an Associate Diploma in Piano Performance (ARCT) from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto and a Licentiate Diploma in Piano Performance (LTCL) from Trinity College in London, England.

Currently, Teri enjoys her role as the Arts Consultant for the Niagara Catholic District School Board, which enables her to foster interest in the arts throughout Niagara Region schools.

Teri is the Music Director at St. Alfred's Church in St. Catharines, directing Italian, children's, and adult choirs and working with various soloists. This also allows her the opportunity to provide the soundtrack for weddings, as she has played the organ and piano for hundreds of ceremonies over the years, helping couples select the perfect music for their special day.

Her musical skill has also given her the opportunity to play at a variety of venues throughout the Niagara Region for corporate and celebratory events, including Queen's Landing, Rodman Hall, Kurtz Orchard, Americana Resort & Spa, White Oaks Resort & Spa, Eagle Valley Golf Course.

As a freelance musician, she is available to provide cocktail dinner and reception music entertainment for special events and wedding ceremonies throughout the region.
